These terms explain how our website and donations work. Please read them before making a donation.
Our charitable work
Blisstifood supports people in need through charitable activities including plant-based meals, dried food packs and emergency relief.
Information about our programmes is available on this website. Activities may change according to community needs, available resources and operational circumstances.
Donations
Donations made through this website are voluntary contributions supporting our charitable work. They are not purchases of goods or services for the donor. Meals, food packs and other assistance funded by donations are provided to the communities we support.
Donation amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise indicated. Before confirming a donation, please check the amount, selected programme, whether the donation is one-time or recurring, and your contact details. Please only use a payment method you are authorised to use.
How donations are used
General donations support our charitable programmes and the reasonable operating costs needed to carry out our work.
Where we accept a donation for a particular programme, we will use it for that stated purpose. If the programme cannot proceed or the donation cannot reasonably be used for that purpose, we will contact affected donors where reasonably possible to discuss an alternative use or refund.
Payment processing
Online payments are handled by the payment provider identified during checkout. Available payment methods may vary.
A donation is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, please contact us with your payment reference before trying again to avoid a duplicate donation.
Please do not send us full card details, passwords or one-time verification codes by email, contact form or WhatsApp.
Monthly and recurring donations
If you choose a recurring donation, the amount, payment frequency and duration will be shown before you authorise payment. Please check these details carefully before confirming.
You may request cancellation of future recurring donations by emailing pmkcharity@gmail.com with your name, the email address used for the donation and your payment or subscription reference, if available.
Please contact us at least 7 working days before the next scheduled payment so we have time to arrange cancellation. We will confirm when cancellation has been completed and let you know if a payment is already being processed.
Cancellation stops future payments once it takes effect. Payments already processed are handled under our Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Donation acknowledgements and receipts
Please provide a valid email address if you would like a donation acknowledgement. If you do not receive one, contact us with the donation date, amount and payment reference.
A donation acknowledgement does not, by itself, confirm that a donation qualifies for a tax deduction. Please contact us to confirm whether a tax-deductible receipt is available before relying on any tax benefit.
Refunds and cancellations
